I have always felt supported and heard in my sessions. She’s created a safe space where I know I can talk about ANYTHING. I am so grateful for her continued advice and support!

Tiffany has been our couple’s therapist for the past two and a half years. Throughout that time she has provided practical and concrete tools to help us navigate marriage with two young children. Working with Tiffany has been a blessing. Unfortunately, I can no longer use her services because my insurance no longer covers them. However, over the course of two years, Tiffany helped me gain the confidence and ability to prioritize my mental health. I was able to mend many of my relationships and enter new ones with a better understanding of my own boundaries. Our sessions felt less like therapy and more like speaking to a trusted relative.

I came to Tiffany after going through some incredibly challenging times in life. Right away I felt a very calm and inviting energy when doing a session with her. She has supported and helped me through some very tough times in life which I am thankful for. I also liked that she encouraged a few writing activities to do at home and bring to the sessions. Journaling is not something I would not normally do, but it was an amazing and healing experience when I did something a little out of my comfort zone. Overall, I had a really great experience and have healed in many ways from her therapy sessions
